The hill town has no marina. Many trips leave from Giardini Naxos or bays below Taormina. Check the exact meeting point and whether transport down the slope is included.
No. Taormina is a convenient tourist base, but Etna has separate northern and southern access areas. Pickup may be included, while some summit products require you to reach the volcano meeting point yourself.
Isola Bella lies on the coast below the old town. The Mazzarò cable car is the usual link when operating; road, bus and steps are alternatives. The beach is pebbly, not a broad sandy city beach.
It has no airport, no central railway station beside Corso Umberto, and no marina in the old town. Taormina-Giardini station and the coast are below the centre, so vertical travel time matters.
